The Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN for classes 1 to 5th) & Learning Improvement Programme (LIP for classes 6th to 9th) are quality improvement programmes being implemented with an objective to address the learning gaps and to improve subject specific learning outcomes among the students studying in Govt/Local body/TGMS /KGBVS/TGREIS/Urban Residential Schools.

In continuation of the above, the District Educational Officers of all districts are hereby informed vide references 1 & 2 cited above, that as part of the implementation of FLN and LIP in the Academic year 2024-25, base line and midline tests have already been conducted. Now an end-line test is to be conducted and progress of the children is to be uploaded in Telangana Education App by 31st of March, 2025.

The soft copies of End-line test question papers of FLN and LIP are sent to all the DEOs through e-mail and the same may be communicated to all the HMs/Principals/SOs of Government, Local body, TGMS, TGREIS, KGBVs and Urban Residential Schools.

The DEOs are requested to bestow their personal attention to conduct the end-line test of FLN and LIP and upload the results in Telangana Education App by 31 of March, 2025. Also DEOs are requested to ensure that consolidation of all these three tests is being taken in each school to analyse and diagnose the performance of the students.
