The Supplier should supply branded items with ISI mark and should not deviate from quality and quantity.

The Tenderers shall keep samples of each commodity at O/o.DEO, Peddapalli.

TIME FOR COMPLETION: The entire quantity shall be supplied directly to the

(389) school points within (45) Forty five days from the date of receipt of these order.

The Supplier is responsible for the damages, if any occurred during transportation of the materials and to be supplied the quality items and should not to have substandard, underweight defective etc. And if any discrepancies were found the payments will be hold.

- No payment will be released for supply of any extra weight items by firm more than the ordered utensils.

► Payment

-No advance payment will be made, payment will be made after satisfactory supply of the items tendered in good condition and certified by the head of the institution concerned along with attestation of Mandal Educational Officer concerned Mandal.

PENALTY: Penalty will be imposed in case the successful Bidder fails to deliver within the time frame as per as decided by the DPC.

The Kitchen utensils/ devices must match ordered specifications and weight etc,. more than the (3) year warranty.

The Kitchen utensils/ devices receiving authorities having reserve the right to verify the weight utensils upon delivery they must should as per item specified.

The firm should get the delivery receipts from the (389) Head Masters concerned with attestation of Mandal Educational Officer concerned after supply of all the Kitchen utensils/ devices to the (389) School points in the District

MODE OF PAYMENT: Payment_will be_made to the Firm after completion and

successful delivery of the Kitchen Utensils/Devices to (389) schools points in the District as per the quantities supplied and after producing of delivery receipts undersigned by MEOS/HMs after 100% quality Kitchen utensils/ devices supply.

This order complies all terms and conditions issued by the State Government time to time regarding the Tenders which shall be applicable.

This Purchase Order stands automatically cancelled on the expiry of the delivery period stipulated, entailing levy of penalties mentioned in Clause further above, unless the date of delivery is extended by the purchaser.

The EMD of the successful bidder will be returned after (1) One Year of completion from tender finalized date.
