ORDER:
In the reference 1st and 2nd cited, the Government have constituted a Cabinet Sub-Committee vide G.O.Rt.No.292, G.A. (Cabinet) Department, dated 24.02.2024, to examine and make recommendations to the Government on issues relating to G.O.Ms.No.317, G.A. (SPF.I) Department, dated 06.12.2021 and G.O.Ms.No.46, G.A. (SPF.I) Department, dated 04.04.2022.
The Government have directed to initiate necessary action duly considering and approving the change of cadre in Spouse cases and Medical cases to the maximum extent possible subject to availability of clear vacancies in the requested cadre subject to fulfillment of special criteria prescribed without disturbing the existing employees.
After careful examination of the issue and exercise has been done based on the criteria and guidelines issued vide G.O.Ms.No.243 & 244, the request of following individuals is hereby considered and posted in places mentioned against their names at Column No.10:
