Sub: SE- PO-2018-Cabinet Sub Committee on issues relating to G.O.Ms.No.317, GA (SPF.1) Department, dated.06.12.2021 and G.O.Ms.No.46, G.A. (SPF.I) Department, dated 04.04.2022 Change of Local Cadre and Reallocation of certain employees on Mutual Grounds-Permission accorded- Orders Issued- Reg.

Read:

4. The G.O.Rt. No.70, SE (Ser.II) Department, dt:

All the District Educational Officers in the State are informed that, in the G.O 4th read above, Government have accorded permission to consider the mutual transfer applications of (626) employees for change of local cadre on mutual grounds, as per rules in vogue.

Further, the change of local cadre and reallocation of certain employees on Mutual Grounds shown in the Annexure at Applicant column are permitted in place of employees shown at Applicant I II column on mutual / reciprocal basis as mentioned in G.O. 4th read above.

Further, the said individuals shall be assigned the last rank next to the last regular candidate in their respective new local cadres in terms of Para 5(2) (C) of P.O-2018, and also not entitled for any TA or DA on such transfers.

Further, in view of the ongoing SSC Public Examinations, March, 2025 and annual examinations to be held for other classes, the DEOS are directed to verify the applications and relieve immediately only those employees who are going to retire on 31.03.2025 and for remaining teachers the G.O. 4th read above will effect only from 23.04.2025 i.e. last working day of this Academic Year 2024-25.

Further, it is also instructed that the District Educational Officers to effect seniority of the employees who are transferred on mutual grounds will be reckoned uniformly from 23.04.2025 i.e. last working day of this Academic Year 2024-25.

Further, the Regional Joint Directors of School Education, Hyderabad & Warangal, are requested to take necessary action in respect of Zonal and Multi Zonal applicants as per the above instructions.

Therefore, all the RJDSE, Hyderabad and Warangal and all the District Educational officers in the state are instructed to follow instructions scrupulously in the G.O. 4th read above and take necessary action immediately, any deviations found at any time action will be initiated under CCA Rules 1991.
