Sub: Implementation of Vay Vandana Scheme for Senior Citizens (70 Years & Above) under the converged scheme of AB-PMJAY-Rajiv Aarogyasri in the State.

All the empanelled hospitals are hereby informed that the Government of Telangana will be implementing the Vay Vandana scheme under the converged scheme of Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (AB PJAY) Rajiv Aarogyasri. This initiative aims to extend the benefits of the converged scheme to all senior citizens aged 70 years and above, irrespective of their economic status (Including beneficiaries from above poverty line (APL Status)).
The following are the guidelines:
1. Eligibility: All senior citizens aged 70 years & above are eligible for free healthcare services under this scheme irrespective of economic criteria.
2. Coverage: The scheme includes comprehensive medical treatment, hospitalization, and surgeries as per the existing AB PJAY - Rajiv Aarogyasri benefits.
3. Enrollment: Eligible beneficiaries can avail of services through empanelled hospitals by presenting valid age proof (Aadhaar is being considered for determining the Age).
4. The beneficiaries should be enrolled under the scheme through the following portal https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/ and by complete the registration during the beneficiary's visit to the hospital.
5. Implementation & Monitoring: The Mithras & Empanelled hospitals should register the patient in Rajiv Aarogyasri IT platform using the Family ID generated after the completion of process of enrollment in the portal https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in.
6. Awareness & Outreach: All associated hospitals and field staff are required to conduct awareness programs to enroll all the eligible beneficiaries in the scheme.

మార్గదర్శకాలు ఇలా ఉన్నాయి:
1. అర్హత: ఆర్థిక ప్రమాణాలతో సంబంధం లేకుండా 70 ఏళ్లు మరియు అంతకంటే ఎక్కువ వయస్సు ఉన్న అన్ని సీనియర్ సిటిజన్లు ఈ పథకం కింద ఉచిత ఆరోగ్య సంరక్షణ సేవలకు అర్హులు.
2. కవరేజ్: ఈ పథకంలో ప్రస్తుత AB PJAY - రాజీవ్ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ ప్రయోజనాల ప్రకారం సమగ్ర వైద్య చికిత్స, ఆసుపత్రిలో చేరడం మరియు శస్త్రచికిత్సలు ఉంటాయి.
3. నమోదు: అర్హత కలిగిన లబ్ధిదారులు చెల్లుబాటు అయ్యే వయస్సు రుజువును సమర్పించడం ద్వారా ఎంప్యానెల్ చేయబడిన ఆసుపత్రుల ద్వారా సేవలను పొందవచ్చు (వయస్సును నిర్ణయించడానికి ఆధార్ పరిగణించబడుతుంది).
4. లబ్ధిదారులు ఈ క్రింది పోర్టల్ https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in/ ద్వారా పథకం కింద నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి మరియు లబ్ధిదారుడు ఆసుపత్రికి వెళ్ళే సమయంలో రిజిస్ట్రేషన్ పూర్తి చేయాలి.
5. అమలు & పర్యవేక్షణ: మిత్రాస్ & ఎంప్యానెల్ చేయబడిన ఆసుపత్రులు https://beneficiary.nha.gov.in పోర్టల్‌లో నమోదు ప్రక్రియ పూర్తయిన తర్వాత జనరేట్ చేయబడిన కుటుంబ IDని ఉపయోగించి రోగిని రాజీవ్ ఆరోగ్యశ్రీ IT ప్లాట్‌ఫామ్‌లో నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.
6. అవగాహన & ప్రచారం: అన్ని అనుబంధ ఆసుపత్రులు మరియు క్షేత్ర సిబ్బంది అర్హత కలిగిన లబ్ధిదారులందరినీ ఈ పథకంలో నమోదు చేయడానికి అవగాహన కార్యక్రమాలను నిర్వహించాలి.
