Online applications are invited from eligible candidates who intend to be teachers for Classes I to VIII in schools in Telangana State for appearing for the Telangana
Teacher Eligibility Test (TG-TET-JUNE-2025) to be conducted ONLINE as Computer Based Test (CBT) by Department of School Education, Government of Telangana State between 15.06.2025 and 30.06.2025.
All candidates who possess D.El Ed./ D.Ed. / B.Ed. / Language Pandit or equivalent qualifications and candidates pursuing final year of the said courses with requisite percentage of marks obtained as given in the Information Bulletin of TG-TET-JUNE- 2025 and who aspire to become teachers for Classes I to VIII in the schools of the State Government, Mandal Parishad, Zilla Parishad Schools, Private Aided Schools and Private unaided schools in Telangana State can appear for TG-TET-JUNE-2025.
Further, the candidates who got qualified in the earlier TETs can also apply for TG-TET-JUNE-2025, if they desire improvement over their previous TET score.
TG-TET-JUNE-2025 will be conducted in 2 papers viz. Paper-I & Paper-II. The candidates who intend to be teachers for classes I to V have to appear for Paper-I and the candidates who intend to be teachers for classes VI to VIII have to appear for Paper-II. The candidates who intend to be teachers for all classes from I to VIII have to appear for both papers i.e. Paper-I and Paper-II.
Exam fee:
The exam fee prescribed for appearing for TGTET-JUNE-2025 is Rs. 750.00 (Rupees Seven Hundred and Fifty only) for either only Paper I or only Paper II and Rs.1000 (Rupees One Thousand Only) for those appearing for both Papers I and II. Eligibility Criteria:
The candidates at the time of applying for TG-TET-JUNE-2025 should be in possession
of the minimum qualifications prescribed for a teacher for I to V classes (Paper-I) and VI to VIII classes (Paper-II) as given in Information Bulletin
The Candidate should be ready with scanned copy of the photograph of 500kb and Signature of 100kb before filling in the Online application.
The Language-II shall be English for all candidates.
The syllabi for Mathematics & Environmental Studies are designed on the basis of topics of Classes I to V. The difficulty standard as well as linkages of content/topics could be up to Secondary Stage (up to Class X) for testing. The test items in Mathematics and Environmental Studies will contain Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) not only on content but also on Pedagogy. In Mathematics 24 MCQs will be on Content and 6 MCQs on Pedagogy. Similarly in Environmental Studies 24 MCQs will be on content and 6 MCQs on Pedagogy.
The syllabi for Language I & II shall be based on Proficiency in the Language, Elements of language, Communication and Comprehension abilities (standard up to Class X level).
For Paper II Mathematics & Science sections, questions will be as follows:
(i) Mathematics - 30 MCQs (Content 24; Pedagogy 06)
(ii) Science - 30 MCQs (Content 24; Pedagogy 06)
a) Content - Physical Science - 12MCQs
b) Content - Biological Science - 12MCQs
c) Science Pedagogy - 06MCQs.
Examination Centers for TGTET-JUNE-2025:
TGTET-JUNE-2025 shall be conducted ONLINE as Computer Based Test between 15.06.2025 and 30.06.2025. Candidates can submit order of preference of the examination centers (district) given in the online application form. However, Convenor, TGTET-JUNE-2025 has the discretion to allot candidates to the examination districts depending on the capacity of any particular district.

Apply Procedure
Candidate can pay the Fee through
Online payment options provided on the website https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in from 15.04.2025 to 30.04.2025 for
submission of application Online. At the time of Online Payment, the
candidate has to give the required preliminary data (i.e. Name of the
candidate, Date of Birth, whether the candidate belongs to Telangana State, mobile phone number etc.,). On receipt of online fee payment, the candidate shall be issued a ‘Journal Number’ with which she/he can proceed with submission of application online.
a) Go to https://schooledu.telangana.gov.in
b) Click on Application Submission Form.
c) Enter your Journal Number, Date of Payment, Date of Birth issued at the time of Online payment.
d) Click on “Proceed to fill Application”.
e) The application will be opened.
f) When the application form is opened, Fill all the mandatory
fields
g) Click on “Preview” button provided in the bottom of the form for preview before submitting the application.
h) If you find all the details correct press SUBMIT for final submission.
i) On clicking the “Submit” button the candidate application
will be freezed. ‘Please ensure that all the details are filled in properly. Application cannot be edited after final submission.’
j) Candidate will get an SMS to the registered mobile number.
